The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially regarding food allergies. Our family loved the clean rooms, various activities, and relaxing spa. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it.

Food quality was inconsistent with some dishes undercooked, and noise levels near the pool made it difficult to relax. Reservations for à la carte dining were challenging, leading to some disappointment during our stay.

The water park was epic, and I loved the daily activities! The beach bar was perfect for chilling with the kids. We had a fantastic meal at Mario's for dinner. the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious! The indoor pool and spa provided a perfect escape when the sun got too hot.

I loved how close the hotel was to the Natural Park of the Virgin Mary, which offered a stunning backdrop for leisurely walks, and it was also just a short drive to explore the ancient ruins of Ephesus, making our city strolls absolutely enjoyable and convenient.

the initial room had some issues with the shower. but the food variety was impressive with options like fresh waffles. and the spa experience was relaxing. the kids loved the water park!

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and kids club. The staff helped me find my lost item during my first visit. I recommend trying the poolside snack bar!

The staff at the spa were friendly, and the treatments were enjoyable. The location was beautiful, right by the beach with easy access to water sports. However, the food didn't always meet expectations. Lunch and dinner felt repetitive after a few days, and the breakfast options became monotonous. I noticed the staff could improve their English to help with communication. Overall, a great place for families but the dining experience could use some variety.
